Our confidential counselling service is accessible to local people, and some who come from further afield. Our counsellors are either fully trained or completing their training and all are accountable to the BACP guidelines.
In addition, we have a trained Psychosynthesis therapist.
To meet with a Counsellor or therapist, we ask you to complete a form and have a conversation with Elaine Hill, our Clinical Manager. We want this to be as easy for you as possible so please get in touch if you would like to discuss your needs.

Our Counselling team use different therapeutic approaches, all of which are recognised by Accreditation organisations like BACP or UKCP. Our Senior Psychotherapist Urs Mattmann has Psychosynthesis as core orientation and has completed specialist training including EMDR that enables him to work with Trauma, PTSD and other complex issues. Therapy that encourages the use of art materials within sessions, allows us to create an external representation of what is going on inside, which allows for something tangible to be explored.

Suggested Donations
We invite you to donate between £30 and £60 per session, depending on your income. Please discuss this with our Clinical Manager, Elaine.
